I lost 50 lbs about 5 years ago using these shakes they are great for kickstarting weight loss, I'm so glad they have the aspartame free ones now! I kinda gained back some of the weight over the past 2 years and so I just ordered 8 boxes of these and I love them! Sometimes I add 2 or 3 frozen strawberries and blueberries to make a fuller shake, but they're good just by themselves! Definitely would recommend!

Delicious

I was disappointed in myself for making the mistake of purchasing an Aspartame Free shake (I generally like the sweeter taste of the shakes with Aspartame) but these smoothies were certainly not disappointing! I'd buy again and would highly recommend!
