My favorite

I love this hot chocolate. The mint is barely a hint different than mocha. I add it to a Keurig coffee 10 oz every morning. The foolproof trick with mixing is to start stirring it the second the hot water/coffee is added or drips from Keurig. If you wait for all the water to add, or add the powder to the hot water, you will get clumps you cannot get rid of. But if you mix as I said, you will not get a single little clump. Tastes good with just hot water also. Drink while hot - may need to re-stir as it starts to settle at the bottom if it sits.

This drink is pretty good. I have had one in the evening when I was feeling like I wanted to eat something. It does the trick - - - winter only.

Don't mix Mint and Peppermint

When I read Mint I thought of peppermint flavor and how nice that would be with the chocolate. I was very wrong. This is truly the mint leaf flavor which to me is not a good taste in this particular drink. I've tried very hard to drink it since I paid for it, but always end up throwing it out.
