Directions for Protein Shakes:
Profast Shake:
- Empty one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
- Add 8 ounces of very cold water and stir or shake vigorously.
Profast Pudding:
- Empty one packet into a bowl or cup.
