Directions:

For a Profast Shake:

Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
Add 8 ounces of very cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved.

For a Profast Pudding:

Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
Add 4 ounces of very cold water and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve.
Pudding thickens upon standing.

	Love all of these shakes. Satisfies hunger and stays with me from breakfast until lunch time. I add flavorings (raspberry, cherry, lemon, etc) to this one - I find it a little bland.
