1 Mocha Profast Shake Pkg.

1 Dash peppermint extract

1 Cup cold brewed cafe

5 Ice cubes

Place in blender and blend until smooth.

Directions:

For a Profast Shake:

Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
Add 8 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved.

For a Profast Pudding:

Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
Add 4 ounces of cold water and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve.
Pudding thickens upon standing.

	Mocha shake
	The Mocha is my all time favorite. Put it in the blender with a little instant coffee and a couple tablespoons of carmel syrup and it is some kind of good. I have become addicted to these shakes.

	I love these shakes. I mix it with 12 ozs of water in a blender and then put it in the fridge for 10 min. Then mix it on the blender again and it is as thick and frothy as the best milk shake at the malt shop.
